Each one of our tote bags is hand-crafted with care and precision by artisans in Dakar, Senegal. We sought to create a product that epitomizes the peak of functional and stylish.
The exterior of the tote bag is composed of stretches of recycled cotton bearing traditional African prints, hand-sewn over a rich linen fabric.
The interior of the tote bag is lined with faux leather which, combined with two doubly-lined straps, maximizes durability.
This bag is named after the spirit of the Baay Faal, a disciple of the Muriddiya known for being spiritually devout and industrious in work.
